Appartamento magnifico, arredato con un gusto superbo, richiami esotici vintage e moderni che creano un atmosfera speciale. Mega proiettore e Impianto dolby in soggiorno con audio pazzesco. Pezzo Forte il terrazzo panoramico, da cui è stato un privilegio guardare il tramonto sui tetti di Roma! Situato vicino Termini e al centro storico, i punti centrali della città sono raggiungibili a piedi ! Zona tranquilla e appartamento silenziosissimoi! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 7 dans cet appartement magnifique tout à fait conforme à la description. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Termini et tout près d’un arrêt de bus, nous avons pu visiter Rome tout en profitant du calme de l’appartement le soir. La météo nous a également permis d’utiliser la terrasse qui est un des nombreux avantages de cet appartement. Laura nous a très gentiment laissé déposer nos valises vers 11h et nous a donné de bons conseils pour bien débuter notre séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

If this place is available, do your self a favor and RESERVE ASAP! You will NOT regret it! After having somewhat of a rough time with international travel, this place was the PERFECT escape and made us sure that we would come back again! From the LOCATION to the decor to the HOSPITALITY and plentiful information and care from her assistant, Laura, everything was ideal! All who viewed our social media postings of our rental were interested in information on booking and I would 100% book again to stay here and explore Rome and all of its history and beauty once more! Gras’s home was wonderful for our family of 7. I appreciate that there were enough beds without having someone in the living area. I also liked that there were enough seats for meal times. The patio would have been lovely had the weather been warmer. Having two fully functioning bathrooms was wonderful. I appreciate that there was a washer and drying rack. I would stay here again if we came back to Rome.

This place was huge. Slept 5 adult very comfortably and the beds were so soft. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The movie screen was nice for a relaxing night after a long day of tours. The apartment was in a nice little neighborhood 15 minutes walk from Roma Termini and about 8 minutes from the blue and orange subway lines. The place extremely safe with a large apartment door outside and a private door to the apartment with many locks. The gelato is as good as others say it is and restaurant Quarantaquattro should be visited. It was a very nice stay.
